Our client located in Dunwoody is looking for an Administrative Payroll Specialist to join their team.
Temp-to-Perm
Fully in office
$21/HR
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process bi-weekly timesheets for payment processing
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing termination and disability paperwork
- Process and set up garnishment deductions, including preparing and submitting responses
- Manage department emails, including sorting and forwarding messages as needed
- Answer payroll department phone calls and assist with general inquiries
- Complete project work and other tasks assigned by the Payroll Manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience in payroll or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
