This position will manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tolling equipment performs optimally while also being the point of contact for the client.
Responsibilities
People Leadership
- Lead project team to provide 24x7 system uptime for all aspects of the operational tolling system.
- Work with multiple functional groups to define scope, budgeting, forecasting, for continuous operational delivery for project.
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the teams.
- Drive cross functional team implementation and communication for best known practices across all operational aspects of project.
- Matrix operational management oversight over software operation, technical operations, network/sysadmin operations, and direct operational management over local hardware maintenance operations per contract requirements.
- Drive system performance ensuring all contract required metrics are maintained and all performance audits are completed and passed for each project performance requirement.
- Translate customer requests and requirements into functional specs for all maintenance activities.
Pay Range: $100K - $120K
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university
- 5 Years tolling experience
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/management experience, preferably in the field of system integration or enterprise solution implementation
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PMP Certification desired but not required
- Ability to understand detailed system workflows
- Understanding business rules per RFP requirements for contract
- Understanding all contract KPI requirements for correct staffing levels to maintain hardware and software operations
- Maintaining large-scale 24x7 revenue collection systems
