Quantum Systems Inc. is a global leader in aerial intelligence and autonomous, AI-powered aerial robotics. We design, develop, manufacture and deliver eVTOL Unmanned Aircraft Systems UAS and an ecosystem of related products and services. Our business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America, Asia Pacific and Latin America. We currently have an opening for a Facilities Manager. This position will report to the Business Operations Manager.
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations, and optimizing workspace utilization. You will conduct routine maintenance inspections, manage budgets, and collaborate with teams to create an efficient and safe work environment. This position also requires providing on-call support for facility-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations and provide on-call support for facility issues
- Handle facility security operations, ensuring compliance with government security requirements and overseeing facility-related security measures
- Addressing any facility or workplace issues (elevator down, restroom flood, refrigerator not cooling, etc) promptly to include engaging the right vendor to address the issue
- Responding to an internal ticketing system within agreement, providing clear answers and excellent customer service to fellow employees
- Providing event & meeting support, emergency response support in partnership with Security, managing maintenance and repair requests, and helping us stay compliant with local codes
- Manage cleaning, waste disposal, and pest control services
- Conduct and document routine facility inspections to ensure compliance and safety
- Collaborate with building owner and Property Manager on facilities needs
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize space utilization
- Ensure adherence to monthly and annual budget goals
- Conduct local audits and inspections to maintain corporate standards
- Purchasing equipment/supplies, tools, or services needed for facility operations
- Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems function efficiently
- Handle general handyman work within the course and scope of our building at a low level complexity
- Develop emergency response plans and oversee fire safety measures
Qualifications:
- Experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field
- Experience in managing a large office/manufacturing facility
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
- Experience managing budgets is a plus
- Background check required/US Citizenship required due to government contracts
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
