What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Quantum Integrators?
This role requires a person to be in the office all 5 days a week. Self-starter who can coordinate with various teams and get the work done.
- Support Site IT Leader with local and global IT projects/initiatives and any other areas that require IT support and coordination, including ALM/TLM, Cybersecurity, Audit, Asset Management, Local Change Control, ITSM, Quad Meeting, etc., in collaboration with Business, ISRM, and TS/MLL team.
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to encourage, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- GxP knowledge and understanding
- Help/support the site IT lead in handling business requirements, work with the business, and liaise with the relevant JJT stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans, and processes.
- Assist in daily operations.
