Job Description:
5 years in ServiceNow HRSD | 10 years overall IT experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and design workshops with HR stakeholders to assess current HR service delivery processes, pain points, and future-state requirements
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Document Management, Knowledge Management, and Portal/User Experience
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow system capabilities, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and user experience goals
- Lead workstreams such as process design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Configure and implement improvements to knowledge articles, self-service workflows, and ticket deflection strategies
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and platform adoption
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of overall IT experience; 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, ServiceNow platform configuration, and technical expertise in scripting and integrations
- Strong awareness of ServiceNow HRSD AI and automation capabilities, and integrations with people technology and collaboration tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow HRSD or HR-Suite Implementation Specialist
