The Opportunity
As HR Coordinator, you will support the People & Culture department by providing essential administrative and coordination support that ensures efficient HR operations and positive employee experience. You will partner with recruiters, HR team members, and internal stakeholders to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance activities. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is eager to develop a career in Human Resources within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing interview logistics.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes by preparing new hire documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, to ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience.
- Support the maintenance and audit of employee records, HCM systems, and personnel files for accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of employee programs, meetings, and HR related events.
- Support HR team members with reporting, documentation, and process coordination to ensure timely and accurate completion of HR initiatives as needed.
- Provide cross functional administrative support to ensure HR initiatives are executed effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
- Familiarity with HCM systems or HRIS Platforms, preferably Workday

Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is 100% onsite. The employee will report to our facility in San Diego, CA five days a week.
- Salary Range: $29.98 - $35.97 hourly
