Fire Alarm Service Administrator

Our incredible team of engineers, programmers, and solution providers is changing the way companies manage their buildings, and we're currently looking for a Fire Alarm Service Administrator to help support our growing service department.

What You'll Do

As a Fire Alarm Service Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Fire Alarm Service Department and assist the Service Manager with administrative coordination. Responsibilities include:

• Dispatching and coordinating service calls for the fire alarm service team
• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with service requests
• Ensuring technicians' timesheets are submitted daily
• Reviewing and confirming that service tickets and notes are properly documented
• Verifying that job and service information is entered accurately in the system
• Assisting the Service Manager with administrative tasks and department coordination
• Helping maintain smooth communication between technicians, management, and customers
  
  

Pay Scale: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dispatching experience in the service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.) is preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• High level of attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional and positive attitude
