Reporting to the New product introduction manager, you will lead design, deployment, and monitoring of Liquid cooling infrastructure in high-density manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will be eager to face new challenges as Quanta continues to scale its manufacturing footprint and explore new technologies to bring to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be eager to face new challenges as Quanta continues to scale its manufacturing footprint and explore new technologies to bring to our customers.
Essential Functions
- Determine equipment needed for new processes and work with suppliers from quote to purchase.
- Perform thermal analysis to evaluate the performance of systems and identify areas for improvement. This includes using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software to model heat transfer and fluid flow.
- Conducting tests and experiments to validate the functionality and performance of thermal systems is a crucial duty.
- Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the design and construction process are completed efficiently. This collaboration often involves multi-functional teams for system-level optimization.
- Diagnose problems with existing systems and recommend repairs or upgrades. Monitor system performance and adjust as necessary to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Create detailed reports, simulations, and test plans to document their findings and communicate results to stakeholders. This includes maintaining records of design changes and performance evaluations.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Thermal engineering required.
- Experience with Liquid cooling infrastructure set up and maintenance.
- Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
- Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.
