Talent Acquisition Specialist – Quanta Computer Nashville

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting Quanta Nashville’s expanding workforce by recruiting top technical, engineering, IT, and operational talent. This role manages full-cycle recruiting and partners closely with leadership to meet the staffing needs of a fast-growing, high-technology manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for engineering, IT, operations, and manufacturing positions supporting advanced computing and AI product development.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled technical and professional candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers throughout Quanta’s Nashville facilities.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive and transparent process.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs across test engineering, hardware assembly, cloud-computing production, and facility operations.
- Provide guidance on job requirements, market insights, and recommended recruiting strategies.
- Support succession planning and workforce prioritization within a rapidly growing, multi-facility environment.
- Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Manage requisitions and candidate workflows through the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Track metrics, produce reports, and contribute to process improvements that support Quanta’s growth.
Employer Branding & Community Engagement
- Represent Quanta at job fairs, community events, universities, and technical programs.
- Promote Quanta’s mission of “uniting ideas, people, and products through technology” and our reputation as a leading global technology manufacturer.
- Help create community awareness of Quanta's opportunities, culture, and career pathways.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (high-volume recruiting or technical recruiting preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and professional communication tools.
