Ascension Property Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role will partner closely with operational and business leaders across multiple states to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the skilled trades, operations, and corporate functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to define job requirements, workforce needs, and ideal candidate profiles
- Support hiring across multiple operating companies and states for positions including skilled trades, technicians, project managers, office professionals, and leadership roles
- Manage approximately 45–60 active requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, talent mapping, and internal databases
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and business leaders
- Extend job offers and support offer negotiations and candidate closing efforts
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within ADP ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Partner with Human Resources and business leaders on workforce planning and future talent needs
- Promote internal career opportunities and support internal mobility initiatives
- Proactively identify talent market opportunities and recommend recruiting strategies to hiring leaders
- Operate with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset to help solve hiring challenges before they impact the business
- Stay updated on labor market trends, recruiting technologies, and hiring best practices

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with ATS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now Recruiting Management (or similar systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS)
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders
- Data-driven mindset with understanding of recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting within commercial construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or skilled trades industries
- Experience supporting corporate recruiting functions, including operations, administrative, finance, HR, leadership, and professional-level positions across multiple business units
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Experience supporting multi-state or decentralized operations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and operating companies
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel (10–20%) to operating companies, hiring events, career fairs, and leadership meetings as business needs require.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through virtual platforms
- Ability to occasionally travel to operating locations and recruiting events
