Duties/Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume manufacturing roles.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and progress using ATS.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed.
- Full cycle of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to adjust quickly to changing hiring needs and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, production, or high-volume hiring environment.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
