Requirements:
- Active California license in good standing as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
- 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18 )
- Minimum 6 months of teletherapy experience
- Experience with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to complete EMR documentation within 48 hours of client contact
What you’ll do:
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18 ) using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a weekly caseload of 7–20 ongoing therapy and consultation sessions
- Use clinical data and assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and make referrals when appropriate
- Complete progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
