Remote Licensed Therapist (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC/Psychologist) – Part-Time

Requirements:

• Active Washington license in good standing as LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure
• Availability for 8–24 hours per week
• 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18 )
• Minimum 6 months of teletherapy experience
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical assessments such as PHQ-9
• Ability to complete documentation within 48 hours in the EMR system
• Availability for required onboarding and ongoing support sessions

What you’ll do:

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, IPT, EFT, and MI
• Manage a weekly caseload of 7–20 therapy and consultation sessions
• Track client progress using clinical assessments and data-driven treatment approaches
• Collaborate with mental health providers and make referrals when appropriate
• Complete progress notes and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation within required timelines
