Cleaning Crew Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Cleaning Crew Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure high-quality service at multiple job sites. As the Cleaning Crew Supervisor, you will provide daily supervision for a crew in commercial settings while also working alongside the team to complete cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who values efficiency, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
Salary: Up to $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Centreville, Chestertown, and Galena

Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, assign work locations and specific tasks to crew members
- Train and motivate team members while working alongside them
- Inspect job sites before and after work is completed to ensure customer satisfaction, address client questions or concerns on-site, and identify opportunities for additional services
- Review daily work tickets and complete required documentation (i.e. timesheets)
- Transport crew members to assigned job sites using the provided company van while maintaining a clean driving record
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience level: Entry Level Experience
Education: High school diploma required
- Bilingual preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to travel between job sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Schedule: Evenings and weekends required
