What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaning Crew Leader position at Keenwick Window Cleaning and Power Washing?
Responsibilities:
- Resource Management:
- Efficiently utilize company resources, including supplies and equipment, to complete window cleaning jobs effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any supply needs to the Operations Manager.
- Identify Upselling Opportunities:
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional services to customers, such as mirror cleaning, chandelier cleaning, and other related services.
- Window Cleaning Duties:
- Lead and participate in window cleaning services, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.
- Train and mentor new technicians to perform their tasks efficiently and safely.
- Ability to handle complex window cleaning tasks independently
- Invoicing and Documentation:
- Create, edit, and maintain accurate invoices for all window cleaning jobs.
- Collect payments from customers as needed and report any payment-related issues to the Operations Manager.
- Customer Relations:
- Foster lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing customer concerns or inquiries professionally.
- Ensure that customer feedback and requests are communicated effectively to the team.
- Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee the proper maintenance of water-fed and window cleaning equipment and inventory ensure they are in good working condition.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous Professional Window Cleaning Experience preferred
- Strong leadership and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities.
- Knowledge of window cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
