- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services.
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing information, and room assignments with accuracy.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring all accounts are balanced and reports are completed thoroughly.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and professional communication standards at all times.
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles and managing front desk supplies.
