We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and general mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances, HVAC components, and mechanical systems following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct troubleshooting of complex mechanical problems, utilizing your knowledge of schematics and technical documentation.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance mechanic with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and HVAC/R systems.
- Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction experience or general equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently; valid driver’s license required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.
- Leadership qualities that support teamwork and mentorship within the maintenance department are a plus.
