In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, dusting surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and dining areas to uphold hotel standards.
• Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities and operate cleaning equipment responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
