Janitorial and House person

• Maintaining cleanliness across public hotel space, including main lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, fitness centers, and executive lounges.
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces in public restrooms and common areas
• Conducting daily inspection walks to identify and immediately resolve cleanliness, trash, or maintenance issues prior to peak guest check-in hours.
• Operating commercial cleaning machinery, including carpet extractors, auto-scrubbers, floor buffers, and high-pressure washers across tile, marble, and carpet surfaces.
• Managing chemical handling and storage in strict adherence to OSHA regulations, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and hotel health protocols.
• Supporting guest room attendants and front desk staff by transporting heavy linen carts, setting up rollaway beds/cribs, and clearing bulk trash from service corridors.
• Replacing light fixtures, cleared minor plumbing clogs, and performed basic repair work, reducing the need for maintenance escalation.
• Waste removal and recycling trash bins safely and maintaining tidy dumpster areas.
• Set up and dismantled tables, seating, and staging arrangements for banquet halls and conference spaces
• Executing rapid turnarounds of event rooms between functions, conducting deep surface cleaning and carpet vacuuming under tight time constraints.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
