What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker position at Quality Inn and Suites?
- Performing routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the facility
- Handling cleaning with various chemical agents safely, following proper chemical handling safety procedures
- Operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet shampooing machines, vacuums, and scrubbers to maintain floors in pristine condition
- Maintaining sanitation standards by disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Assisting with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting when required
- Following established safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Setting up the banquet and conference meeting seating plans
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
