We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and inviting.
• Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
• Assist in laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills in housekeeping management and industrial cleaning techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members.
• A background in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
