Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly.
- Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems.
- Handle guest concerns or emergencies swiftly by following established hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and resolution.
- Support night audit responsibilities by reconciling accounts and preparing reports during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain hotel standards.
- Uphold hospitality management principles by delivering exceptional guest services and fostering positive guest relations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently, including hotel emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems.
- Previous resort or hotel experience, especially in hospitality environments emphasizing guest relations and service excellence.
