Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Front Desk Agent to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites. This is a mixed-shift position, meaning the schedule will include a combination of morning, evening, and overnight (night audit) shifts each week.
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Prior hotel experience is preferred.
Schedule Requirements (IMPORTANT):
This is a rotating/mixed shift role, which typically includes:
- 2 Evening Shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- 2 Overnight Shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- 1 Morning Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

-> Weekend and holiday availability required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
- Process payments, incidentals, and ensure all charges are accurate
- Complete nightly audit procedures (for overnight shifts)
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Additional Responsibilities During Downtime:
To support overall hotel operations, front desk team members are expected to assist with:
- Folding laundry and supporting linen operations
- Light cleaning (lobby, front desk area, guest bathrooms)
- Assisting with breakfast area upkeep (wiping tables, restocking, cleaning)
- Organizing marketplace and coffee station
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working independently, especially during overnight shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to adapt to a rotating schedule
