Head Housekeeper

We are seeking an Enthusiastic, Hard Working, Dedicated Head Housekeeper to join our team!

We are in search of someone that is interested in a fulfilling career and that has the desire to be a part of the best team possible! A strong honest work ethic is required.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality and cleanliness of every room is met or exceeded prior to a hotel guest entering a room. You will be responsible for controlling costs for the housekeeping and laundry departments. You will perform quality inspections of all guest rooms and common areas as well as the laundry area of the hotel.

You will also be responsible for all of the laundry operations within the hotel.

Previous Experience in the housekeeping department is required as you will need to fill in as a housekeeper in the event the need arises and you will be responsible for our deep clean program.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Effectively coordinate the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas as efficiently as possible, at the lowest possible cost, keeping the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Direct, manage, control and administer the operation of the housekeeping department and staff in order to obtain the highest standard of cleanliness and to meet Management Company and franchise standards.
• Provide a clean well-maintained product for the guest and meet guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
