We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide floor care services, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
- Assist in cooking or meal preparation as needed for guests or residents.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitation to maintain health standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel or residential cleaning standards is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
