- Shift starts at 5 am
- Set up and maintain breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot food items
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and countertops
- Clear tables and clean dishes as guests finish their meals
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions and assisting with any special requests
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Basic knowledge of meal preparation and culinary techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends
