Position Overview
The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring smooth overnight operations, delivering excellent guest service, and completing end‑of‑day financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service — Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone while promoting hotel amenities and sales opportunities.
- Front Desk Operations — Manage reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs, and respond to guest needs throughout the shift.
- Night Audit Duties — Post and balance daily charges, reconcile accounts, and reset systems for the next business day.
- General Tasks — Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth hotel operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with numbers
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Dependability and professionalism
Position Details
