General Manager Hotel

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and night audits.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high-quality service.
• Oversee hotel staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations in alignment with human resources practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest services and improve overall hotel performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of hotel occupancy, revenue, and expenses.
• Ensure the hotel is well-maintained and meets health and safety standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of guest services, hotel operations, and human resources management.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with phone systems and technology used in hospitality settings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated experience in guest relations and conflict resolution.
