```Duties```
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. Your duties will include:
- Conducting the night audit process to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with guest services, such as making reservations, providing directions, and recommending local attractions
- Monitoring security cameras and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or in a similar customer service role
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may interact with guests from different countries and backgrounds
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
