Responsibilities

- Oversee cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and specialized industrial cleaning as needed.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep cleans during off-peak hours.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within hotel or hospitality environments.
