Responsibilities
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines to process linens, towels, and clothing items.
- Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for distribution or storage.
- Perform cleaning duties in laundry areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Handle special cleaning requests, including dry cleaning items as needed.
- Ensure all laundry is processed efficiently and according to established standards.
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Experience with laundry operations, including the use of commercial laundry machines.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
