Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or industrial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Handle janitorial duties including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Assist with custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Support portering duties by moving furniture, equipment, or supplies within the premises
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and hallways
- Follow safety procedures during all cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a secure environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and industrial cleaning procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Experience with residential painting or minor repair work is a plus
