We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, honest, and hardworking Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Strong computer knowledge and proficiency.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Marketing and sales skills with the ability to promote hotel services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Experience handling both individual and group reservations.
- Ability to resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to guest emails, online inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience working with third-party booking websites (OTAs), including Booking.com, Expedia, and similar platforms.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Shift Schedule
Applicants must be flexible and available to work any of the following shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Audit)
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
- Manage individual and group reservations.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
- Respond to emails, online inquiries, and guest reviews.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote hotel services and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Manage reservations and inventory through third-party booking platforms.
