Breakfast Attendant and Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring that all guests have a delightful dining experience. You will assist in meal preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support the overall operations of the breakfast area. Responsibilities

• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items and beverages.
• Breakfast time should be early in the morning at 5.00 Am
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist in meal preparation, including cooking and presenting breakfast items.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
• Support catering events as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Experience as a dietary aide or in catering can be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A willingness to learn and help where needed within the kitchen operations.
