What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Country Inns & Suites - Green Bay, WI?
We are looking for a part time breakfast attendant. Days will vary but hours will be 5:30am until approximately 12 noon depending on work load.
The breakfast attendant’s main responsibility is to provide a clean and well-stocked breakfast area and to ensure absolute guest satisfaction by providing friendly and courteous service.

Essential Functions
Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, whenever possible going the extra mile and doing whatever it takes to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.
Keeps Breakfast set up according to operational policies and standards and is in compliance with the local county and/or health department standards to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.
Attends to guest needs by offering to help when can and ensures food is continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner. Clears and cleans tables and chairs; checks floor for debris between guests and cleans it.
Maintains clean and well-organized dining and work area. Including disinfecting all areas where food is prepared or served.
Maintains all dispensing machines, operating equipment and serving utensils in a neat and clean manner to ensure maximum job efficiency and an appealing presentation.
Organizes storage areas to ensure the quality of the food, implementing “first in first out” method of food rotation.
Plans and prepares for the following day. Checks inventory of supplies taking action as necessary to ensure adequate quantity and quality of products for the next day.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, as well as the local area to effectively assist guests.
Maintains a record of guests requests for breakfast items and provides this information to the general manager in order to continually exceed guest expectations of the breakfast program.
Morning hours vary. Will be required to work some weekends and holidays.
