We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Transformer Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble, repair, test, and maintain electrical transformers and related equipment, ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assembly and Manufacturing: Assemble transformer components and enclosures per technical drawings; perform wiring, soldering, and electrical connections; inspect materials for quality compliance.
- Testing and Quality Control: Conduct electrical and mechanical testing to verify performance; troubleshoot and repair issues during testing; document and report results accurately.
- Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of transformer components; replace defective parts and recalibrate as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE; ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet production goals; communicate status updates and identify challenges proactively.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering a plus.
- 2 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical assembly, or related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of transformer operations, testing, and repair methods.
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, meggers).
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
