We’re looking for a detail-driven, problem-solving Inventory Control Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys keeping things organized, and thrives in a team environment. Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday

What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping our inventory in check with daily cycle counts and accurate transaction corrections.
- Investigating discrepancies (think detective work, but with barcodes and spreadsheets).
- Partnering with receiving and purchasing teams to track and resolve damaged or nonconforming materials.
- Updating processes and helping document training logs so the team always stays sharp.
- Managing returns, expired items, and making sure everything is properly disposed of.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts — because at QES, we’re always looking for better, smarter ways to work.
- Keeping our warehouse organized, safe, and running like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is a bonus!).
- 12 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse ops, or materials management.
- Comfortable with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- A natural eye for detail (you notice when a single piece is out of place).
- Strong communicator and collaborator across teams.
- Selfstarter who can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Good vision, color perception, and attention to detail (you’ll need it for catching those sneaky errors!).
