Position Overview
This role will begin onsite until the candidate is fully onboarded, with potential transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days WFH, 3 days in office). Candidates must have their own equipment for remote work; otherwise, the role will remain fully onsite. The position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Provider Network Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull daily reports from Salesforce and local databases, compile information, and distribute via email.
- Review closed inventory to ensure cases were closed accurately and appropriately counted toward State, Federal, and Association mandates.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in reporting while supporting ongoing departmental operations.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED required; some college or degree preferred.
- Excel (Intermediate–Advanced): Sorting, filtering, Save As, highlighting, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables (skills assessment results must be listed on resume).
- Outlook: Proficient in navigating and managing email communications.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
