What Will You Be Doing?
- You’ll be talking to customers who call in asking about insurance.
- You’ll explain different insurance products (like home, auto, property insurance), help them understand what they need, and complete the sale.
- Sometimes, you’ll also make outbound calls to reach potential customers.
- You’ll use multiple computer systems while talking to customers to give quotes and bind coverage.
- You’ll build strong relationships with customers and look for ways to sell additional products (cross-sell or upsell).
