We are seeking skilled welders with fabrication experience to support operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role involves working with multiple welding techniques to produce and assemble structural components while meeting quality and safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Welding & Fabrication
- Perform welding using methods such as MIG, TIG, wire feed, spot welding, and oxy-fuel
- Fabricate structural components including frames, beams, and tanks in various welding positions
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications
- Prepare materials, complete weld finishing, and ensure work meets quality standards
- Assemble parts using bolting, drilling, tapping, clamping, and cutting techniques
- Operate hand tools and power equipment including grinders and sanders
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings such as gas flow and wire feed
- Inspect materials, welds, and finished products for accuracy and compliance
- Identify equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Support pressure testing and perform rework as needed
- Track production output and maintain accurate time records
- Communicate progress, safety concerns, and quality issues to supervisors
Core Skills

- MIG welding certification preferred
