Role Overview
This is an entry-level, in-office role built for competitive, driven people who want to launch a long-term career in logistics sales. You don't need industry experience — you need grit, coachability, and the motivation to win. At QQR you'll get hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools to learn the business from the ground up while helping customers solve real supply chain challenges. What You'll Earn
- $30,000 to $40,000 base range uncapped commission (year 1)

What You'll Do
- Prospect and build a pipeline of business-development leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and outreach.
- Support a pod of three to four Logistics Sales Representatives — typically two junior reps and one senior rep — targeting and multi-threading opportunities together.
- Build a network of nurture communication and outreach around your targeted prospects.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position QQR's solutions.
- Qualify opportunities and pass them to your pod's reps to advance and close.
- Learn QQR's services, technology, and the freight market from the ground up.
- Use AI tools and QQR Technology to work efficiently and consistently beat your daily activity goals.

Compensation Range
Base pay for this position is determined by relevant work experience, demonstrated skills, and applicable education or professional training. Base salary excludes any additional variable or incentive-based compensation associated with the role.
