The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the facilities management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Work closely with operations and senior leadership to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within facilities management
