A leading facilities management and integrated services organization is seeking an Executive Vice President of Operations to oversee large-scale service delivery across North America.

This is a critical executive leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, service performance, and profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of facilities services including integrated FM, technical services, maintenance, and workplace solutions.

The successful candidate will be a strategic operator and transformational leader with deep experience managing complex, multi-site facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and execution across large multi-site facilities portfolios

• Oversee regional and national operations teams responsible for service delivery, client satisfaction, and contract performance

• Drive operational efficiency, margin improvement, and scalable processes across the business

• Partner closely with commercial leadership to support contract wins, mobilization, and long-term client retention

• Lead large operational teams including regional VPs, directors, and site leadership

• Ensure consistent delivery of service excellence across complex integrated facilities contracts

• Implement best practices in safety, compliance, workforce management, and service quality

• Support expansion and growth initiatives across North America

Ideal Background

• Senior leadership experience within Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Services, or Technical Services

• Experience overseeing large operational teams and multi-regional service delivery

• Proven ability to manage major enterprise or national FM contracts

• Strong track record of driving operational performance and margin improvement

• Experience working within large-scale service organizations

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence
