About the Role
As a D365 F&O Business Systems Analyst, you’ll work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to ensure the F&O environment is stable, optimized, and aligned with business goals. You’ll play a key role in requirements gathering, functional support, system configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for all D365 F&O functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows within F&O.
- Support and configure modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, or WMS, depending on experience.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, manage support tickets, and coordinate escalations with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead or support testing cycles, UAT, documentation, and training for new features and releases.
- Assist with integrations, data validation, and cross‑functional system enhancements.
- Contribute to the long‑term ERP roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a functional or business systems role.
- Strong understanding of core F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, or WMS).
- Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Experience supporting live D365 environments, including troubleshooting and configuration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
