About the Role
As the Business Central Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day system operations, assisting users, maintaining system stability, and helping drive continuous improvement across the Business Central platform. You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure the ERP environment runs smoothly and evolves with the needs of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and functional issue resolution.
- Manage system configurations, permissions, workflows, and user setups.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of updates, enhancements, and new features.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand process challenges and recommend improvements within BC.
- Support integrations, data validation, and coordination with external partners when needed.
- Contribute to ongoing ERP initiatives as the organization continues to scale nationally.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting Business Central in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain processes within an ERP system.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and communicate clearly with end users.
- Familiarity with permissions, workflows, extensions, or integrations is a plus.
- A proactive, service‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
