Qorali is working with a long‑standing Philadelphia‑based organization that is expanding its ERP team and seeking a Business Central Support Administrator. This role will be solving problems, supporting end users, and navigating the team across both Business Central and legacy NAV 2016/2018 systems.
You’ll be the go‑to resource for day‑to‑day ERP support, troubleshooting, configuration, and small enhancements across Business Central. Experience with NAV 2016/2018 is highly beneficial, as the team continues to transition and optimize their BC landscape. This is a collaborative role working closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including issue resolution, user assistance, and functional troubleshooting.
- Support legacy NAV 2016/2018 environments where needed, especially during integrations, data validation, or process transitions.
- Maintain system configurations, permissions, workflows, and user setups.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of updates, enhancements, and new features.
- Work closely with business teams to understand process challenges and recommend system improvements.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal IT teams on escalations and technical fixes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting Business Central in a live environment.
- Working knowledge of NAV 2016/2018 is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain processes within an ERP system.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and communicate clearly with end users.
