We are seeking an accomplished Senior Accountant with strong management experience to join our client, a CPA designation, and a proven ability to handle complex consolidations across multiple entities. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, driving process improvements, and leading a high‑performing accounting team.

- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Manage multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and reporting packages.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff and senior accountants, fostering growth and accountability.
- Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses.
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Drive improvements in internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial systems.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
- Support audits, budgeting processes, and special projects as needed.
What You Bring
- Active CPA required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in consolidations, multi-entity environments, and complex structures.
- Exceptional understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
