About the Role
As the Business Central Support Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for system support, user assistance, and functional troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure Business Central runs smoothly and continues to evolve with the needs of a fast‑moving distribution business.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including issue resolution, user guidance, and functional troubleshooting.
- Maintain system configurations, permissions, workflows, and user setups.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of updates, enhancements, and new features.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand process challenges and recommend improvements within BC.
- Support integrations, data validation, and coordination with external partners when needed.
- Contribute to ongoing ERP initiatives as the organization continues to expand its distribution footprint.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting Business Central in a production environment.
- Understanding of distribution, warehousing, or supply chain processes is highly beneficial.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and communicate clearly with end users.
- Familiarity with permissions, workflows, extensions, or integrations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
