This is a fantastic opportunity for a Change Management Lead to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full change management process from identification to approval and close-out.
- Review and validate scope changes, assessing cost, schedule, and risk impacts.
- Facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and prepare supporting documentation.
- Maintain the project change log, ensuring changes are traceable, auditable, and reported accurately.
- Collaborate with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and construction teams to validate change impacts.
- Provide reporting to project leadership on approved, pending, and rejected changes.
- Ensure compliance with owner governance processes and stage-gate requirements.
- Support dispute resolution by maintaining clear, defensible change records
- BS in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience in project controls/change management on large CAPEX projects.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or food manufacturing.
- Proven experience running structured change processes.
- Skilled in Primavera P6, SAP, Prism, Power BI, Excel.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
