We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Estimator to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from early concept through full design development.
• Review engineering documents to validate scope, quantities and take‑offs.
• Benchmark estimates using historical data from major capital projects.
• Support procurement with cost input for bids, evaluations and commercial discussions.
• Track estimate variances, escalation and contingency in line with project controls processes.
• Work closely with project, engineering and construction teams to ensure estimates align with scope, schedule and risk.
• Contribute to budget development, forecasting and cost trending.
• Prepare cost impacts for scope changes and design revisions.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Degree in engineering, quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.
• Significant experience in estimating for large‑scale capital projects.
• Background in complex or regulated industrial facilities.
• Strong understanding of equipment, utilities and construction methods.
• Proficient with industry‑standard estimating tools and software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
