What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, driving accountability across teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, operations, quality, procurement, and regulatory teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships, overseeing procurement, contract negotiations, and project execution.
- Extensive experience in capital project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex capital projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing process equipment, utilities, automation systems, and facility expansions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
